Meet Sandra
FOUNDER & CEO
With more than 18 years’ experience, Sandra is a certified procurement professional and a trailblazer in purchasing, contracting and operations in the cannabis supply chain.
Sandra uses her passion to plan, source, evaluate, award and manage hundreds of millions of dollars in civil engineering, construction, medical, professional, industrial hemp requirements.
Sandra’s entire career has been working with the military, state and federal governments.
Graduating from American Military University, with a Masters in Public Administration and Economic Disaster, and B.A. in Business Management and Marketing. Sandra served three years as a Military Police Officer with the United States Army before going to work with the Coast Guard where she began as a purchasing agent, eventually moving on to more of a process-making and compliance roles with the Veteran Affairs, and National Oceanic Atmospheric Agency. She brings her years of acquisition experience to bring education, training and solutions for the industrial hemp and legal marijuana markets.
